摘  要:随着镍需求的不断增长及硫化镍矿资源不断消耗,红土镍矿将是未来镍的主要来源,开展红土镍矿工艺研究对满足镍需求以及镍工业的发展有着重要的意义。概述了全球及中国的镍资源现状、性质,介绍了红土镍矿还原硫化熔炼镍锍、回转窑-矿热炉生产镍铁、还原焙烧-磁选3种火法工艺以及还原焙烧-常压氨浸、高压酸浸、碱浸3种湿法工艺,并摘要介绍了生物浸出及微波在红土镍矿处理中的应用,为今后低品位红土镍矿的开发提供参考。With the increasing demand of nickel and the sulfide nickel ore in the world resources dry up day by day, the development of the laterite nickel ore will be the main source of nickel industry in the future. It is significant to meet with the increasing demand of nickel and the nickel industry by treating with the laterite nickel process. The general situation and properties of the laterite nickel are summared, the present technologies for dealing with nickel- bearing laterite at home and abroad are introduced, which contained pyrometallurgical process such as reducing sulfide nickel matte smelting process, ferronickel process, reduction roasting-magnetic separation process, and hydrometallur- gica[ extraction such as reduction roasting-ammonia leaching process, high pressure acid leaching process. Biological leaching process and other technological are simply introduced in handling laterite-nickel ore. These could contribute to exploitation of low grade laterite nickel ore in the future.
