摘  要:旋转偏析是一种高效节能、环境友好的物理冶金方法。该方法具有杂质祛除效果好、提纯时间短、可实现工业规模化生产等优点,并且在日本的铝、硅提纯工业上得到广泛应用。使用该方法对工业原铝进行提纯,其提纯的纯度可以满足不同领域的需求。阐述了旋转偏析法的原理、工艺过程及提纯效果,总结了日本旋转偏析法从1984年至今的研究进展,并对我国偏析法提纯前景作出展望。The rotary segregation refinement technology is a physical metallurgy method, which is high effi- ciency, lower energy consumption and environmental friendly. The advantages of this method are that it can remove impurities effectively, shortening the time of purification, achieving industrial-scale production, and etc. It is widely used in aluminum and silicon refining industry in Japan. The method is used in primary aluminum refining and can meet the demand of different applications. The principles and the engineering refinement processes is discussed in de- tail, and the development of the rotary segregation techology in Japan from year 1984 to present is reviewed, and the prospect of the technology in our country is also put forward.
