摘 要:以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为初始原料,以乙二醇甲醚作溶剂,乙醇胺为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备了不同形貌的ZnO粉体.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、荧光光谱等测试手段对不同形貌的ZnO粒子进行了表征.SEM结果表明调节反应物浓度和反应温度能够控制ZnO的尺寸和形貌.荧光光谱测试表明ZnO的紫外发射峰住为399 nm,随反应温度升高而发生宽化和红移,而绿光发射峰在453~493nm之间分裂为4个次级峰.ZnO micro-powders were prepared by the hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3 )3 ~ 6H20 as raw ma- terial, 2-methoxyethanol as solvent and monoethanolamine as precipitator. XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the ZnO powders with varies morphology. SEM results showed that the size and morphology of ZnO can be controlled by adjusting'the concentration of raw material and reaction time. The results of fluorescence spectroscopy showed a UV emission peak at 399 nm accompanied a red shift and broadening with increasing of reaction temperature, while the green emission split into 4 subordinate peaks distributed between 453 to 493 nm.
