摘  要:采用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术制备了胆甾醇辛酸酯超薄膜,并且得出了最佳的制膜条件。在溶液质量浓度为3mg/mL,表面压为55mN/m,拉膜方式为垂直提拉法,LB膜类型为Y型膜,拉膜速度为1mm/min时,得到了形貌致密均匀的胆甾醇辛酸酯超薄膜。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和旋光测试系统对制备的超薄膜进行研究,测试了胆甾醇辛酸酯超薄膜的热光性能。结果表明,所制备的胆甾醇辛酸酯超薄膜具有良好的热旋光性能。Cholesteryl octanoate ultrathin films were prepared by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technology, and the optimal preparation conditions of the films were gained. Under the conditions of solution concentration of 3 mg/mL, surface pressure of 55 raN/m, pulling type of vertical pulling method, LB film type of Y-type and film-drawing speed of 1 mm/min, cholesteryl octanoate ultrathin films with homogeneous morphology were obtained. The ultrathin films were studied by atom force microscope (AFM) and an optical system,and the optical property were tested. It indicated that, the cholesteryl octanoate ultrathin film has a good command of thermal and rotation optical performance.
