摘 要:考察了特种氟硅橡胶在RP-3航空煤油介质环境中的老化行为,采用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)对不同老化时间点内试样的特征基团进行了表征。利用红外差谱法研究了老化过程中各官能团相对含量的变化情况,结合材料的力学性能分析了特种氟硅橡胶耐RP-3航空煤油可能的老化机理:材料的老化初期,主要以物理老化为主,进入中后期则以化学老化为主。The aging behavior of special fluorosilicone rubber in the media environment of RP-3 aviation kero- sene were studied, the characteristic groups of samples at different aging time points were characterized by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The relative content of each functional group changes in the aging process were studied by infrared difference spectroscopy, and combined with the analysis of the mechanical pro- perties changes of special fluorine rubber in the RP-3 aviation kerosene aging process, the possible aging mechanism maybe: it was mainly physical aging in the early aging of material, then the chemical aging may become the main form of aging.
