摘 要:将改性纳米TiO2添加到聚氨酯预聚体中,制备出具有良好稳定性的改性纳米TiO2/水性聚氨酯(WPU)复合材料;以其作为成膜剂,采用干法移膜法制备超细纤维合成革。通过对超细纤维合成革卫生性能、耐用性能等指标的测定,考察了复合材料的应用性能。结果表明:加入改性纳米TiO2可提高WPU的抗静电性且对涂层表面平整度无影响,当添加量为3%(质量分数)时,超细纤维合成革的透气性提高了40%,透水汽性提高了64%,其耐磨、耐折性也得到明显改善。Adding modified nano-TiO2 to the polyurethane prepolymer,modified nano TiO2/waterborne polyurethane (WPU) composite material with good stability was prepared.Composite as film-forming agent,the microfiber synthetic leather was prepared by the dry transfer membrane.By measuring the health performance,durability and other indicators of microfiber synthetic leather,the application performance of composite materials was investigated.The results showed that adding modified nano TiO2 can improve the WPU's antistatic and not effect the surface roughness of the coating,when the mass fraction of modified nano TiO2 was 3%,the breathable microfiber of synthetic leather improved by 40%,water vapor transmission increased by 64%,and its abrasion,folding have also been significantly improved.
