国外数据共享行为影响因素研究综述

摘　　要：简要概括科学数据共享的基本理论,基于国外的研究成果,从制度因素、技术因素与个人因素3个方面概括影响科研人员数据共享行为的因素以及它们与共享行为之间的关系,发现由于政策制定目的与内容的不唯一性、技术因素的复杂性以及个人因素的主观性,已有的研究结果也只能说明某一因素在研究特设的条件下对研究人员数据共享行为所起到的作用,并不能明确地总结出各个层面的因素到底是促进还是阻碍了科学数据的共享行为。最后,对目前研究存在的问题以及今后的研究方向进行探讨。This article briefly summarizes the theoretical basis of data sharing and describes three main factors af- fecting researchers＇ data sharing behavior and how they affect the behavior based on the research resuhs abroad,including institutional factors, technical factors and personal factors. Since the purpose and content of policy factors is not unique, the complexity of the technical factors and the subjectivity of the individual factors, previous studies can only show the re- search results in the study conditions and we can not clearly sum up whether the three factors are to promote or hinder the sharing behavior of scientific data. Finally, the article discusses the shortcomings of current research and then gives a fore- cast.
