摘 要:磁性固相萃取因在外部磁场下能够解决柱填充和相分离问题而受到越来越多的重视。磁性固相萃取吸附剂是以磁性纳米粒子为核,并由一种或多种无机及有机材料如二氧化硅、碳纳米管、氧化铝、有机小分子、有机高分子等经单层或多层包覆而成的复合纳米粒子。有关磁性固相萃取吸附剂的应用文献及研究进展呈爆发式增长,但都未对此类吸附剂的分类做详细探讨。在查阅大量文献的基础上,分别按结构及吸附剂与分析物间的作用方式对磁性固相萃取吸附剂进行了分类,还介绍了该吸附剂在自动化系统中在线联机操作的研究进展,以及磁性固相萃取吸附剂的未来前景。The use of magnetic materials in solid phase extraction has received considerable attention.Magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) methodology overcomes problems such as column packing and phase separation,which can be easily performed by applying an external magnetic field.Magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbents is a kind of composite nanoparticles,the core of which is magnetic nanoparticles by single or multi-layer coating of one or a variety of inorganic and organic materials such as silica,alumina,carbon nanotubes,small organic molecules or polymer.Although reviews and research articles about the magnetic solid phase extraction sorbents have received explosive growth,the detailed classification of this kind of sorbent has not been involved.The magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbents are classified respectively according to the structure and the way of the function between MSPE sorbents and analytes,based on a vast amount of literature research.The research progress of MSPE sorbents in automation system of on-line operation is included,the future perspectives of magnetic solid sorbents are also presented.
