摘　　要：武汉物流外包业发展面临较好的机遇,发包接包供需两旺,但也存在业务稳定性、信息不对称、泄密等风险。通过产学研结合建立物流集群、生态体系等措施,可以有效防范物流外包的诸多风险。The development of Wuhan logistics outsourcing industry is facing good opportunities.But it also has risk such as stability,asymmetric information,disclosure.In order to prevent the risks of logistics outsourcing effectively,we need to establish the logistics cluster,ecological system and other measures by production-study-research combining.
