摘　　要：作为一种定量的分析方法,EIQ—ABC分析法对仓储管理提供着有力的数据支持,也对仓储管理的优化具有重要的指导作用。文中通过对GX公司的订单进行实例分析,并根据分析结果对该公司的仓储规划提出了建议。As a quantitative analysis method,EIQ-ABC analysis method of storage management provides a powerful data support for storage management,and also plays an important role in guiding the optimization of warehouse management.This paper analyzing the orders of GX company,and put forward recommendations for the programme of company＇s warehouse.
