基于物流公共信息平台的物流运输单据信息互联和交换的实现——以浙江新安物流公司为例

摘　　要：文中通过对浙江新安物流公司以及其下属承运商物流业务现状和信息化需求的分析,阐述了新安物流公司利用国家交通运输物流公共信息平台(LOGINK平台)的数据交换和信息服务功能特点进行物流产业链上下游企业之间业务流程改进、物流管理软件实施的过程,详细分析新安物流公司与下游承运商的针对托运单、运输状态单、回单三个物流运输单据信息互联和交换的实现方案,以及物流企业实际获得效益。文中可为省内外商贸企业、制造企业、物流企业在物流信息化建设方面提供借鉴和参考作用。This article analyzed the status of logistics operations and the information needs of Zhejiang xin’an logistics co.ltd and its subsidiary carrier,elaborated xin’an logistics company using data exchange and information services function of national transport logistics public information platform （LOGINK platform）to improve business processes of logistics industry between upstream and downstream enterprises,implement logistics management software.Then particularly analyzedthe implementation plan of consignment,transport state orders,back orders three logistics and transport documents and exchange information between Xin＆#39;an logistics company with downstream carriers,as well as the actually receive benefits of logistics companies.This article may provide construction of logistics information reference for commercial enterprises,manufacturing enterprises,logistics enterprises Inside and outside the province.
