摘 要:伴随着金融危机所带来的航空快递市场的不景气以及国内各种运输方式的激烈竞争,航空快递企业的发展愈发艰难。与此同时,航空快递企业的核心竞争力——时间竞争力也越来越突出。而目前,我国航空快递企业大多枢纽的节点配置结构不当,枢纽覆盖面太大,配送路径偏长、配送耗时,这与航空快递企业追求的时间价值之间存在突出矛盾。在此背景下,文中基于时间窗对航空快递企业地面物流配送路径进行建模优化。Along with the slump of air express market brought by financial crisis and the fierce competition from various modes of transport in domestic,air express enterprises are confronted more and more difficulties. At the same time,the core competitiveness of air express enterprises-time competitiveness is becoming more and more important. But at present,most hubs owned by air express enterprises exist the following issues:the structure of the node configuration is undeserved,hub coverage is big,distribution path is long,take too much delivery time. Those issues have prominent conflicts with time value pursuit by air express enterprises. In this context,this paper based on time window to air express delivery of enterprise logistics distribution of ground path optimization modeling.
