云南省农产品冷链物流网络的构建研究

摘　　要：云南生鲜农产品由于其冷链物流环节存在系列弊端,致使生鲜农产品尚未形成生产、供应及销售一体化冷链物流体系,这导致云南生鲜农产品缺乏相应的竞争力,直接阻碍了农民的稳定收入。为此,积极构建云南生鲜农产品冷链物流网络体系能有效促进产业链发展,增加农民受益,是解决当前阻碍生鲜农产品发展的重要途径。文中从云南生鲜冷链物流的线路、组织、信息等网络结构方面分析云南冷链物流网络的状况。The Yunnan fresh agricultural products due to the existence of series of abuses the link of the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,which has not yet formed a production,supply and marketing integration of cold chain logistics system,which led to the Yunnan fresh agricultural products less competitive,hinder the steady income of farmers.Therefore,actively build Yunnan fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics network system can effectively promote the development of industry chain,increase farmers＆#39;benefit,is an important way to solve the obstacles of fresh agricultural products development at present.This article from the Yunnan fresh food cold chain logistics line,organization,information network structure analysis of cold chain logistics network in the south.
