摘　　要：论文介绍了矿井通信透地的相关知识,分析计算了运放噪声的来源与大小。在此基础上设计出一种基于AD797的运放电路,该电路具有低频低噪声低源阻抗等特点,能够适用于矿井透地通信电信号的接收。The relevant knowledge of through-the-earth mine communication is introduced,and the noise of operational amplifiers is analyzed and calculated.Then a circuit of operational amplifiers based on AD797is designed,which has the characteristic of low frequency,low noise and low source resistance which meets the electrical signal reception of throughthe-earth mine communication.
