摘  要:以8-羟基喹啉在超临界CO2中为螯合剂萃取金属离子,系统考察了压力(10~25 MPa)、温度(313~343 K)、时间(10~90 min)和螯合剂与金属的摩尔比(50∶1~200∶1)对金属离子萃取效率( E%)的影响.结果表明:当全氟-1-辛烷磺酸四乙基铵盐(PFOAT)作共萃取剂时,在25 MPa,323 K,30 min,15μL水,r(金属离子∶螯合剂∶PFOAT)=1∶100∶25时,对Ni2+的用量在超临界CO2的萃取效率可达88.96%.对萃取常数( Kex )的计算说明在同一种金属离子萃取体系萃取常数随着萃取效率的增加而增加.This paper discussed the case of metal ion extraction with 8-hydroxyquinolin as chelating ligands in supercrutical carbon dioxide (sc-CO2).The effects of pressure (10 ~25 MPa), temperature (313 ~343 K), time (10 ~90 min), and ligand to metal molar ratio (50∶1 to 200∶1) on the extraction efficiency ( E%) of metal ions were investigated .The results showed that the extraction efficiency of Ni 2+can reach 88.96%in supercritical CO2 with perfluoro-1-octanesulfonic acid tetraethylammonium salt (PFOAT) as co-extractant, in the optimized condition of 25 MPa, 323 K, 30 min, 15 μL ultrapure water and r(M∶chelating ligand∶PFOAT) =1∶100∶25.Moreover, the extraction of mixed metal ions indicated that 8-hydroxyqunolins exhibited good efficiency for Ni 2+.Detailed calculations showed that the extraction constants ( Kex ) of certain metal increased with the increasing extraction efficiency for the same metal in the same extraction system .
