中西医结合治疗高血压病微循环障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察中西医结合治疗高血压病微循环障碍的疗效。方法　 10 1例高血压病病人随机分为治疗组 53例 ,对照组 4 8例 ,在降血压治疗的同时 ,治疗组加服消粘散袋泡剂 ,对照组配合服用阿司匹林片 ,观察 2组治疗前后血液流变学及甲襞微循环。结果　治疗组总有效率92 .5% ,对照组 6 4 .6 % ,2组比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　消黏散对改善高血压微循环障碍疗效确切。Objective To analyze clinical effect of combination of TCM and Western Medicine on hypertensive microcirculation obstruction. Methods 101 patients of hypertensive microcirculation obstruction were randomly allocated to two groups. In the treatment group (n=53) Xiaonian Powder were taken and in control group (n=48) Aspirin were taken. Viscosity of patients in two groups was observed during treatment. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher (92.5%)compared with those in control group (64.6%P<0.01). Conclusions Xiaonian Powder can effectively improve hypertensive microcirculation obstruction.
