摘　　要：目的了解肺部感染病人红细胞免疫功能及其对淋巴细胞的调控。方法采用流式细胞术及郭峰法红白细胞免疫粘附混合花结合试验检测35例肺部感染病人并分析其相关性。结果肺部感染病人红细胞膜LFA-3的表达及其与白细胞的粘附都明显增高,同时红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率及淋巴细胞受体花环下降。Objective In thiy Study, We examined membrane LFA - 3 by flowcytometry, investigated the adhenison between erythrocyte and lymphocyte by red and white cell immune adhesion mixture rosette test, and analysed their correlation by liner correlation.the results showed that the expression of erythrocyte membrane LFA- 3 and its adhesion to lymphocyte increased.There is positve correlation between. the rate of RBC -C3b rosette and Lc - CR rosetle decrease.
