江西省汉族人群KIR基因表达频率分析

摘　　要：目的:分析江西省汉族人群杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor genes,KIR)基因分布,对150名汉族健康人KIR基因进行多态性分析。方法:采用序列特异性引物PCR法(PCR-SSP)对江西地区人群进行KIR基因表型检测,统计不同KIR基因在人群中的表现频率。结果:在江西人群中,3DL3、3DL2、2DL4基因存在于所有个体,KIR2DL3、KIR2DS4、KIR2DS4、KIR2DP1、KIR3DL1基因比较常见,KIR2DL1、KIR2DL2、KIR2DL5、KIR2DS1、KIR2DS2、KIR2DS3、KIR2DS5、KIR3DS1比较少见。结论:江西人群中检出了目前已知的所有16个KIR基因,与中国其他地区的汉族人群表达频率相似,同时也具有独特性。Objective：To analyse the distribution of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor （KIR） genes in Jiangxi Han population,aiming at processing polymorphism analysis the KIR genes of 150 healthy people.Methods：PCR-SSP was adopted to process the KIR genes phenotype detection of people in Jiangxi region and census different KIR genes performance frequency among people.Results：the genes of 3 DL3,3 DL2,2DL4 exist in all people in Jiangxi province and KIR2DL3,KIR2.DS4,KIR2DS4,KIR2DP1,KIR3DL1 were more common,but KIR2DL1,KIR2DL2,KIR2DL5,KIR2DS1,KIR2DS2,KIR2DS3,KIR2DS5,KIR3DS1 were rare.Conclusion：All of the 16 KIR genes known at present have been checked out among multitude in Jiangxi,and its performance frequency is similar with ethnic Han population in other regions of China,but also,possess its unique frequencies of KIR gene.
