摘 要:为实现农村生活有机废弃物资源化利用目标,本试验以春夏季大白菜废弃物为供试材料,通过18天自然简易沤制,研究添加硅藻土(15 g/kgFW)和沸石(10、20 g/kgFW)对大白菜沤液中pH值、铵态氮、可溶性磷、可溶性钾4个指标含量的影响。结果表明,与不添加物料对照比,各处理沤液中的pH值差异不大,均在6.56~6.70之间;沤液中铵态氮含量较对照增加3.13%~52.98%;可溶性磷含量均有不同程度下降,降幅为11.34%~28.45%;可溶性钾含量仅以高量沸石处理的降幅最大,为23.32%。经综合评价得出,叶菜类蔬菜废弃物沤制添加硅藻土的效果要好于沸石。In order to realize the resource utilization of organic wastes in country,the wastes of spring and summer cabbages were chosen as materials.Through 18-day natural and simple retting,the effects of di-atomite (15 g per 1 kg fresh weight)and zeolite(10 g per 1 kg fresh weight,20 g per 1 kg fresh weight)on pH value,ammonium nitrogen,soluble phosphorus and soluble potassium contents in Chinese cabbage retting liquid were studied.The results showed that,compared with control,the pH value of retting liquid had little difference,which were all between 6.56 ~6.70;the ammonium nitrogen content increased by 3.13% ~52.98%;the soluble phosphorus content decreased at different levels with the decline degree of 1 1 .34%~28.45%;the soluble potassium had the biggest decline degree of 23.32%under high zeolite treatment (20 g per 1 kg fresh weight).Through comprehensive evaluation,the effect of diatomite on leafy vegetable waste ret-ting was better than that of zeolite.
