摘  要:针对GHA70A型对二甲苯罐车加热卸车过程中能耗过大,加热时间过长的问题。结合罐车结构和仓储罐区现场的实际情况,通过试验验证,得出了采取换向加热的操作方式和控制合理的蒸汽进口压力的解决方案。为降低铁路罐车加热卸车的能耗问题提出借鉴和指导依据。For GHA70A type paraxylene tanker unloading process heating energy consumption is too large and long heating time. Combined with the tank construction and actual situation of the storage place, then through experimental verification, put forward the suggestion that take the operation of commutation heating mode and determine a reasonable steam inlet pressure. The reference and guidance for the problem of energy consumption to reduce railway tank car heating truck. Obtain the reference and guidance for the problem of reduce energy consumption of tanker unloading heating.
