摘  要:目的:测定双黄连粉针剂中总钠、总钾的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法。结果:钠和钾元素在0.1-0.6mg/L范围内,浓度与读数呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为:100.75%(RSD为1.14%)、100.35%(RSD为0.81%)。结论:本法简便、准确、快捷,可作为本药的质量控制方法。Objective: To determine the total sodium and kalium in Shuanghuanglian for injection. Methods: They were measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 1 ~ 0. 6mg / L for sodium and kalium. The average recoveries of sodium were 100. 75 %,RSD = 1. 14%; The average recoveries of kalium were 100. 35 %,RSD = 0. 81%. Conclusion: This method is found to be simple,accurate and quick for simultaneous determination of sodium and kalium in Shuanghuanglian for injection.
