摘  要:目的:采用HPLC法测定不同采收期广东紫珠(Gallicarpa kwangtungensis Chun.)中抗炎活性成分连翘酯苷B和金石蚕苷的含量,研究这两种活性成分动态变化,为药材最佳采收期的确定提供依据。方法:色谱条件:色谱柱为DiamonsilC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(17:83)等度洗脱;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为332nm;柱温为30℃。结果:连翘酯苷B及金石蚕苷的线性范围分别是0.051-4.696μg(r=0.999 7)、0.028-0.767μg(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为97.18%(RSD=0.93%)、99.24%(RSD=1.54%)。结论:研究得出该产区广东紫珠的最佳采收期为7月和11月。Objective: The dynamic variations of two anti- inflammatory components,forsythiaside B and poliumoside,in Gallicarpa kwangtungensis Chun. from different collection time were investigated in this work by HPLC. Method: The separation was performed in a Diamonsil C 18 column( 150mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid( 17: 83). The flow rate was 1. 0mL / min,and the detecting wavelength was 332nm. The temperature of the column was 30℃. Results: The linear range of forsythiaside B and poliumoside were 0. 051 ~ 4. 696μg( r = 0. 999 7) and 0. 028 ~ 0. 767μg( r = 0. 999 7),respectively. The average recoveries of them were 97. 18%( RSD = 0. 93%) and 99. 24%( RSD = 1. 54%). Conclusion: The best collection time is from July to November.
