摘  要:目的:测定和比较不同大规模栽培产地丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用Synchropak PR100-5色谱柱,检测波长分别为270nm和286nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量均较高的是四川中江栽培品。山西芮城栽培品丹参酮ⅡA含量尽管最低,但丹酚酸B含量却最高。结论:丹参中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量与产地关系较大,此研究结果可作为丹参药材采购及临床选用的参考依据。Objective: To determine and compare the contents of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B in salviae miltiorrhizae from different producing areas. Methods: HPLC was employed to determine the contents of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B. Synchropak PR100- 5 column was adopted in this process. The detective wavelength was set at 270 nm and 286nm,respectively. Results: Both of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B levels of salviae miltiorrhizae from Sichuan Zhongjiang were higher. However,the tanshinone ⅡA level of salviae miltiorrhizae from Shanxi Ruicheng was the lowest,but salvianolic acid B level was the highest. Conclusion: The contents of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B in salviae miltiorrhizae could be related to different producing areas. The results can be used as a reference for purchasing and using salviae miltiorrhizae in clinic.
