音乐电针和脉冲电针对快速老龄化SAMP8小鼠行为学和血清Aβ蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:对比观察音乐电针和脉冲电针对快速老龄化SAMP8小鼠血清Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42蛋白的影响,探讨不同电针治疗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法:8月龄雄性SAMR1和SAMP8小鼠共70只,随机分为7组,即:正常组,模型组,音乐组,音乐电针组,电针组,非穴位组和药物组,每组10只。采用Mirrors水迷宫观察各组小鼠的学习记忆能力;采用酶联免疫法检测小鼠血清Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的表达。结果:与正常组相比,模型组的逃避潜伏期和游泳距离明显延长(P<0.01);与模型组相比,音乐电针组、脉冲电针组和药物组的逃避潜伏期和游泳距离明显缩短(P<0.05)。与正常组相比,模型组血清Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,脉冲电针组和药物组的Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的含量降低(P<0.05);音乐电针组Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:音乐电针和脉冲电针均能够改善SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆功能,具有一定的抗老年性痴呆的功能;但音乐电针在降低Aβ蛋白方面优于脉冲电针,这可能是音乐电针发挥其治疗作用的途径之一。Objective： To observe the effects of musical electro- acupuncture and pulsed electro- acupuncture on expression of the Aβ 1- 40 protein and the Aβ1- 4 2 protein in SAMP8 mice,to discuss the mechanism of differernt electro- acupuncture in prevention and treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods： Seventy male SAMR1 and SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into seven groups： Normal control group,Model group,Music group,Music electro- acupuncture group, Pulsed electro- acupuncture,Non- acupoint group and Drug group,with 10 in each group. Morris water maze was used to assess the learning and memory abilities of animals. Detect the Aβ1- 40 protein and Aβ1- 42 protein of the Serum β- amyloid protein in Senescence accelerated SAMP8 mice by Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assays. Conclusion： Musical electro- acupuncture and pulsed electro- acupuncture group could improve the learning and memory ability; the regulative effect on monoamine neurotransmitter＇s level may be one of the mechanisms for treating depression,and the regulative effect on β- amyloid protein＇s level by musical electro- acupuncture is much better than that by pulsed electro- acupuncture,which may be one of the mechanisms for treating AD.
