摘　　要：目的 :考察室温、37℃下 8h内 ,替硝唑葡萄糖注射液与注射用头孢拉定配伍的稳定性。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后 8h内不同时间替硝唑与头孢拉定的含量 ,同时观察外观并测定pH值。结果 :室温、37℃下 8h内 ,配伍液外观澄明无变色、未见混浊、沉淀及气泡 ,pH值及含量均无明显变化。结论 :室温、37℃下 8h内 。Objective: To observe the stability of tinidazole mixed with cefradin in glucose injection under room temperature or 37 ℃ for 8 hours. Methods:Concentrations of tinidazole and cefradin were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and pH by a pH meter. Results: The concentrations of tinidazole and cefradin and the pH of the solution did not change significantly under room temperature and 37 ℃ for 8 hours. Conclusions: Tinidazole can be mixed with cefradin in glucose injection for clinical use under room temperature or 37 ℃.
