摘  要:针对电网运行中采取控制输电断面总潮流的方法来确保断面满足N-1原则,不能充分发挥输电断面的输电能力的问题,通过分析完全断面控制策略、不完全断面控制策略和基于支路开断分布系数的控制策略的潮流约束方程,证明了完全断面控制策略或不完全断面控制策略均偏保守,不能完全发挥输电通道的输电能力,而基于支路开断分布系数的控制方法能够最大限度发挥输电断面的功率交换能力。计算结果表明:当节点对断面中各支路的分布系数差别较大时,基于支路开断分布系数的控制方法能够大幅提高断面输电能力。In power grid operation, the use of controlling full tide current ensures section to satisfy N-1 principle, it lacks the ability to develop power transmission capacity of the transmission section. Aiming at the above problems, by analyzing tide constraint equation of three kinds of strategies including complete section control strategy, incomplete section control strategy and control strategy based on branch on-off distribution coefficient, verifies complete section control strategy or incomplete section control strategy both tend to be conservative and can not fully develop power transmission capacity of the transmission channel, but control strategy method based on branch on-off distribution coefficient can fully develop power exchange ability of transmission section. Taking the example of 220 kV transmission and receiving power section for Ningxia Power Grid, the calculation results show that when the differences of node to distribution coefficient of each branch in section is larger, the control strategy method based on branch on-off distribution coefficient can largely improve section power transmission ability.
