摘　　要：针对德龙钢铁公司Q345B卷板生产面临着严重的同质化竞争问题开展了技术研究。通过炼钢工序采取降锰加钛微合金化优化、轧钢工序控轧控冷等工艺措施,降低了生产成本,满足了下游客户制管要求。The technical research is done against the homogenous competition in production of Q345B coiling sheet. With process measures： micro - alloying optimization to reduce manganese and add titanium in steel making, controlled rolling and controlled cooling in steel rolling, the production cost is decreased and the products can meet the requirement of the user.
