摘　　要：分析了宣钢小型轧钢厂原有水系统设备存在的问题,对净水系统、浊水系统、清水系统设备整体布局进行优化。不仅解决了设备系统缺陷,确保了生产、生活用水的供给,同时使备件消耗、电耗大幅降低,水质明显提高。It is analyzed the problems in the original water system equipments in Small Section Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel. The total equipment layout of water purification system, turbid water system and clear water system is optimized. That not only solves the defects in equipment system, guarantees the water supply for production and life, but also decreases spare parts and electricity consumption, the quality of water obvi- ous gets improved.
