摘　　要：随着社会的发展,医疗新技术、新方法不断应用于临床,医疗机构和医务人员医疗技术水平得到快速提高,但疾病诊疗规范和标准的推行相对于诊疗技术的发展略显滞后。通过对同一城市不同医院、同一医院3个不同主诊医生连续3年的胆囊手术诊疗费数据差异的研究分析,明确医疗保障规范化和标准化对规范医疗管理工作的意义,并在此基础上提出推动医疗诊疗标准化、规范化的解决策略与建议。With the development of society,new medical technology and the new method has been used in clinical service. Medical institutes and staff＆#39;s skill has been rapid development,but the disease diagnosis and treatment standards setting is delayed related to the development of the technology of diagnosis and treatment. Based on the research of Gallbladder surgery treatment cost data for three consecutive years in different hospital in the same city and three doctors in the same hospital, the means of medical insurance standardization to improve medical management standardization are discussed and related suggestions are also presented.
