摘　　要：目的:探讨三级医院对口支援县医院政策对于县级医院医护人员医技水平的影响及相关因素分析。方法:通过分析4家受援县级医院医护人员支援前后的医技水平的变化差异,分析三级医院对口支援县级医院政策对医护人员医技水平的影响,并进行相关因素的探讨。结论:三级医院对口支援县级医院政策可以明显提高医护人员医技水平,对医院医疗水平的提高具有积极的推动作用。Objectives：To investigate the effectiveness on improving county hospital staff＆#39;s medical skill by tertiary hospital＆#39;s counterpart support and analyze its influence factors. Methods：Differences of medical skill before and after counterpart support by tertiary hospital in 4 recipient hospitals were analyzed and its influence factors were also discussed. Conclusions：Counterpart support by tertiary hospital can significantly improve recipient county hospital medical staff＆#39;s skill and hospital＆#39;s treatment capacity.
