摘　　要：上海门诊预约服务体系由市级统一的预约服务平台(即医联预约平台),医院的自主预约,统一的预约流程、规范、安全保障措施和第三方专业服务机构4部分组成。在市级平台的主导下,上海各家市级医院在门诊预约的平台建设、宣传推广、规章制度的制定及诚信管理等方面进行了大量的实践,使上海的门诊预约服务体系渐趋完善,更符合老百姓的需求,更好地为患者服务。Shanghai outpatient appointment system is divided into 4 parts：municipal-standard appointment platform （regional medical appointment platform）, appointment directly from the hospital, standard procedure including appointment process, rules and security measures, professional third-party medical institutions. Led by the municipal-standard appointment platform, hospitals of Shanghai have endeavored to practice the construction of the platform, publicity and popularization, formulation of regulation and credit-oriented management, which gradually perfects Shanghai outpatient appointment system. Therefore, the system will meet the demands of common people and provide better service to patients.
