摘　　要：新时期医院工会作为医院职工的群众组织,在医院管理中具有独特的优势和切入点。2013年中国医学科学院肿瘤医院工会被中华全国总工会授予"全国模范职工之家"荣誉称号,本文通过对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院在建设模范职工之家过程中主要的做法和经验进行总结,探讨医院工会在围绕中心工作、服务发展大局方面的新思路和新方法。In the new periods, the trade union, which is the representative of the staff, it has unique advantages to the hospital management. In 2013, trade union in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is honored to become“The Chinese Model Home of Staff”by the All China Federation of Trade Unions. The experience and methods on building the Model Home of Staff in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is summarized. Furthermore, the new thoughts and methods regarding to how the Trade Union service for developing overall situation are discussed.
