中药防治肺纤维化分子水平的研究进展

摘　　要：多种单味中药可用于防治肺纤维化,文中先叙述肺纤维化发生的细胞分子机制,再叙述单味中药在细胞分子水平防治肺纤维化的实验研究进展,期待能找到中药防治肺纤维化的作用靶点,为临床治疗提供理论依据。Some single Chinese herb can be used for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary ifbrosis.First of all, this paper describes the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis in cell and molecular level. Secondly, this paper describes single Chinese herb prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis experiment progress in cell and molecular level to ifnd the prevention and treatment of pulmonary ifbrosis drug targets as a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
