摘　　要：描述了一种基于嵌入式操作系统的ADSL网关设计,设计中采用VxWorks嵌入式操作系统为软件开发平台,以嵌入式处理器MPC8260为主处理器,其主要作用是完成ATM到IP的协议转换.方案中用MPC8260对存储单元管理的支持来提高系统处理速度,在中断处理时,利用消息队列和优化设计减小中断服务程序的处理时间和时延.本方案设计可为通信设备或医疗仪器等产品的研发打下基础,是一种经济可靠的设计方案.This paper describes a design of ADSL gateway based on embedded operating system, which is used in the design of VxWorks embedded operating system as the software platform, the embedded processor MPC8260 as the main pro- cessor, its main function is to complete the protocol conversion of ATM to IP. Scheme MPC8260 for storage unit manage-ment support to improve the process speed, the interrupt processing, design by message queue and optimization to reduce processing time of interrupt service program and delay. This design can lay the foundation for the development of communi- cation equipment or medical equipment and other products, is a design project of economic and reliable
