Experimental Study on Adsorption Performance of Semi-coke and Semi-coke Modified by FeCl_3 Solution for Gas-phase Hg^0 in Flue Gas

摘  要:在固定床实验台上,利用内蒙古霍林河褐煤半焦及其改性半焦对模拟烟气中的气态Hg0进行吸附实验。结果表明:与原料半焦相比,在140℃下、经FeCl3溶液改性半焦吸附效率有明显提高,并且长时间维持在90%以上;改性半焦对气态Hg0具有较高的吸附稳定性。BET测试结果表明,半焦经FeCl3溶液处理后,孔道发生部分堵塞或破坏,使得半焦的孔隙结构发达程度有所降低;XRD测试表明,改性半焦中无定形炭的结构并未发生变化,表面Fex Oy以高度分散的无定形状态存在;FTIR分析结果表明,FeCl3溶液处理使半焦表面O—H官能团和C O官能团的含量增加。The adsorption performance of semi-coke and FeCI3 solution-modified semi-coke for gas-phase H^0 was in- vestigated with a bench-scale fixed-bed reactor system. The experimental results suggest that the adsorption per- formance of FeCI3 solution-modified semi-coke for gas-phase Hg^0 presents better than semi-coke. The samples im pregnated by FeCI3 solution have excellent adsorption performance which can get 90% for gas-phase Hg^0 at 140 ~C in a long time. FeCI3 solution-modified semi-coke for gas-phase Hg^0 is more stable. The BET analysis shows that semi coke has rich mesopore but become weak after modification. The XRD results indicate that the structure of the amorphous carbon in FeCI:, solution-modified semi coke is not changed and the trace of FexO3 exists as the highly fragmented amorphous state in the surface of modified semi-coke. The FTIR results indicate that the surface of FeCI:, solution-modified semi coke have more O--H functional group and C = O functional group than semi coke.
