摘　　要：从约翰逊到克林顿政府时期是美国社会保障制度具有典型性和重要意义的阶段,如果说罗斯福迈出了美国社会保障建设的关键性的一步,那么在约翰逊到克林顿政府时期建立了有别于欧洲、具有美国特征的社会保障模式,在一定程度上为其后美国社会保障制度发展明确了方向。It was typical and significant period about construction of American social security system from the Johnson to Clinton ad- ministration. If Roosevelt had taken a key step of American social security construction, then the American characteristics model which was different from Europe was established from Johnson to Clinton administration. On some extend,it will direct on the future.
