合并精神分裂症糖尿病患者实施护理干预探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨适合于合并精神分裂症的糖尿病患者的护理措施。方法 33例合并精神分裂症的糖尿病患者在常规降糖药物治疗的同时辅以综合护理干预措施 ,观察患者的配合治疗程度和血糖变化。结果 护理干预后病人治疗的依从性明显提高 ,血糖由 (9 5 0± 3 2 4)mmol/L下降至 (6 78± 2 61)mmol/L(P <0 0 5 )。 结论Objective To explore the suitable nursing methods for diabetic patients comined by schizophrenia. Mehtod 33 cases of diabetic patients combined by schizophrenia were treated by routine blood sugar reducing drugs, and combined by integrated nursing interventions. The cooperation for treatment and change in blood sugar among these patients were observed. Results After nursing intervention, the patients' compliance for treatment were incrased. Blood sugar reduced from 9.05+3.24mmol/L to 6.78+2.61mmol/L( P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention are necessary for diabetic patients combined by schizophrenia.
