摘  要:针对w波段2GHz带宽范围内500w以上输出功率的系统应用需求,对一种新型贯通耦合式梯形线行波管进行了分析和模拟设计。通过CST微波工作室分析了这种贯通耦合式梯形线电路的冷特性参数,结果表明该种电路具有较高的互作用阻抗和一定的工作带宽。对结构参数的加工误差分析表明传统机械加工手段能够满足工程制管的需求。同时利用粒子工作室对该梯形线行波管的三维互作用工作特性进行了模拟计算研究。计算结果表明当工作电压21kV,电流400mA时,可以在94.3~97GHz范围内得到500w以上输出功率,最大输出功率740W,-1dB带宽超过2GHz。A novel typeof dual-in-line ladder circuit travelling wave tube (TWT) was designed and simulated to meet the system requirements of W-hand high power source with an output power ≥ 500 W and a bandwidth of 2 GHz. The cold-test characteristics of the circuit were simulated with CST Microwave Studio. The simulated results show that the circuit has relatively high coupling impedance and reasonably wide bandwidth. In addition, the circuit can be fabricated by conventional mechanical techniques. The fttll-scale 3-D circuit was modeled and calculated with software Particle Studio to predict the beam-wave interaction performance. The calculated results show that at an operation voltage of 21 kV and a beam current of 400 mA, the output power of the TWT could achieve ≥ 500 W at a frequency ranging from94.3 GHz to 97 GHz with the highest output power of 740 W and a bandwidth( - 1 dB) over 2 GHz.
