摘 要:目的 了解马鞍山市第二中学高一新生考试时焦虑和抑郁的情况。方法 应用SCL 90症状自评量表、抑郁和焦虑自评量表以及自编调查问卷对马鞍山市第二中学 88名高一新生考试与非考试期间分别进行测试。结果 考试对学生抑郁情绪有明显的影响 ,女生考试期间焦虑情绪较男生明显 ,但考试对多数新生的睡眠影响不大。结论 考试对学生心理影响应受到学校和家长的关注。Objective To study the relation of examination to Anxiety and Depression among the New Students in the second middle school of Maanshan. Methods SCL 90, Self rating Anxiety Scale (SDS), Self rating Depressive Scale (SDS) and a self designed questionnaire were used among 88 the first senior grade students during the periods of the examination and the non examination. Results In the period of the examination, students became more depressed and anxious, and girls seem to be more anxious than boys. However, examination had little effect on Sleeping of them. Conclusio The effect of examination on mental health of students should become a concern of school and family.
