摘 要:承载力研究范畴随人类社会的变迁而日渐扩大,承载基体、承载客体的内涵不断丰富和细化,互动机理也愈发复杂,从而引发了对为城市综合承载力的概念内涵、决定因素、评价理念和评价标准的学术争论。针对这些争论,本文指出城市综合承载力并非是伪命题,在一定的约束条件下,城市综合承载力的阈值是客观存在的。城市综合承载力的决定因素是资源环境的约束,但也应重视后天经济因素的影响也应重视;这两类因素既要区别对待,也要重视其综合效应。在此基础上,应以承载区间为评价标准,用状态指数发掘和评价城市综合承载力的限制因素。With the evolution of human society, the research on carrying capacity has become much broader, the concept of carrier and carrying object more diverse and refiner and the interactive mechanism more complex, which trigger off various heated academic debates on the concept, the determining factor, the philosophy of evaluation and the evaluation method of urban comprehensive carrying capacity. As for these debates, this paper claims that the urban comprehensive carrying capacity is not a meaningless question and its threshold limit value exists indeed under certain constraints. Although it is the resources and environment constraints that determine the comprehensive carrying capacity of a city, we should also pay great attention to the effects of the economic factors, not only to treat them differently, but also attach great importance to the combined effects of these two factors. With this as a basis, the carrying space should be adopted as the evaluation standard with the index of status as the evaluation method to find out and evaluate the limiting factors of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity.
