摘  要:目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤对肝纤维化大鼠纤维连接蛋白(FN)和a-平滑肌动蛋白(a-SMA)表达的影响。方法:采用CCl4复合法制备肝纤维化大鼠模型;用免疫组化方法观察实验动物模型肝脏中FN、a-SMA表达的情况。结果:柴胡桂枝汤可抑制肝纤维化大鼠肝脏中FN、a-SMA的表达,中药中等浓度组FN和a-SMA的表达水平明显低于模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组和西药对照组,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:柴胡桂枝汤能够有效的控制纤维化肝脏中FN、a-SMA的高表达,抑制HSC活化,具有抗肝纤维化的作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the expression of fibronectin(FN) and alpha smooth musele actin(a-SMA) in rats with liver fibrosis. Methods: Rat models of liver fibrosis were made by CC14 compound method.The effect of Chaihu Gnizhi decoction on the expression of FN and a-SMA of rats with liver fibrosis were observod by immunohistochemical method. Results: Chaihu Guizhi decoction could control the expression of FN and a-SMA in rats with liver fibrosis. Compared with the model group and high concentration of Chinese medicine group and low concentration of Chinese medicine group and Western Medi- cine group, the expression level of Fn and a-SMA in middle concentration of Chinese medicine group possessed a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Chaihu Guizhi decoction can control the high expression levels of FN and a-SMA in rats with liver fibrosis, Inhibition of HSC was activated,and can plays an important role in the recovery of liver fibrosis.
