摘　　要：目的:优化虎眼万年青总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:选用乙醇为提取溶剂,以总皂苷含量为指标,运用单因素实验对虎眼万年青总皂苷的提取工艺进行优化研究。结果:虎眼万年青总皂苷提取的最佳工艺条件为:80%乙醇以1:15固液比,在70℃水浴下提取3次,每次3h。结论:优化虎眼万年青总皂苷的提取工艺,为其开发应用奠定基础。Objective： To optimize the extraction of total saponins from Ornithogalum. Method： Ethanol was selected as the ex- traction solvent and the content of total saponins was selected as evaluation index, Single factor design was used to optimize the extrac- tion process of OCA saponins. Result： The best extraction process of total sapenins from OCS were as follows： the temperature was 70℃, the ethanol concentration was 80%, the extraction time was 3h and the extraction times was 3 times. Conclusion： Optimize the extraction of total saponins from Ornithogalum and the result could provide the reference for the industrial production of total sapo- nins from Ornithogalum plants.
