贝复济治疗溃疡期压疮中的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察贝复济(外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,rb-bFGF)治疗溃疡期压疮的临床疗效。方法:选择我院44例入院时带入溃疡期压疮的患者,并将其随机分两组,观察组22例采用贝复济加高流量氧疗法;对照组22例常规采用湿润烧伤膏。结果:贝复济治疗溃疡期压疮愈合率达81.82%,治疗效果明显优于湿润烧伤膏。结论:贝复济联合高流量氧疗法治疗溃疡性压疮可缩短治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦,治愈率高,经济易于操作,患者容易接受等,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the Chabei complex economy （topical recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor, rb-bFGF）treatment of ulcers of the clinical efficacy of pressure ulcers. Methods： 44 cases of hospital admission into ulcers of patients with pressure ulcers, and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 22 cases using Beifuji heightening flow oxygen therapy; control group,22 cases of routine use of MEBO. Results： Beifuji ulcer healing rate of pressure ulcers 81.82% ,significantly better than the treatment effect of MEBO. Conclusion： Beifuji joint high flow oxygen therapy for ulcerative pressure sores and shorten the treatment time,reduce the suffering of patients, the cure rate is high, the economy is easy to operate, easy to accept patients,ete,worthy of promotion.
