摘　　要：目的:了解我院病区小药柜的管理情况,针对存在的问题进行分析、探讨,寻找合理、科学、有效的管理对策。方法:自2011年第一季度开始每季度药剂科联合护理部对病区小药柜进行检查、将检查出的问题及时反馈至相关病区并提出整改意见。结果:经过每季度的监督检查及整改,病区小药柜的管理情况逐渐好转,一年后呈规范化管理。Objective： To understand the situation of the management of the hospital ward small cabinet, according to the analysis of existing problems, to explore, to find reasonable, scientific and effective management countermeasures. .Method： Since the first quarter of 2011 joint care pharmacy quarterly inspection on ward small cabinet, will check out the problem timely feedback to the relevant units and rectification opinions are put forward. Conclusion： After every quarter of supervision and inspection and rectification,ward improvement in the situation of the management of the medicine cabinet by quarter, after a year of standardization management.
