头孢哌酮/舒巴坦与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦+替硝唑随机对照治疗产褥感染的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的:评价单独应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗产褥感染的临床疗效。方法:采用随机开放对照研究方法,将60例产褥感染患者分为A、B两组,A组给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦4g加入0.9%盐水250ml静脉点滴,Q12h治疗;B组给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(剂量同A组)加替硝唑200ml Q12h治疗。结果:单用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗产褥感染,痊愈率均为100%,细菌清除率均为100%,与对照组比较均无统计学差异(P=1.000)。结论:单用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗产褥感染安全有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam for treatment of puerperal infections.Method ： 60 subjects with puerperal infection were randomly divided into A group and B group in this study. A group were treated with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam intra- venously at a dose of 0.4g Q12h, B group were treated with Cefoperazone/Snlbactam at the dose as same as A group and Tinidazole 200ml Q12h. Resuh：The cure rate and the bacterial clearance rate of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam only （A group ）was 100% respectively. The result of B group was same as A group, （P=- 1.000 ） .Conclusion ：Cefoperazone/Sulbactam was an effective and safe drug for treatment of puerperal infections.
