摘　　要：监视摄像机作为一种集视频技术与通信技术紧密结合的应用,近些年在国内已经越来越受到大家的关注,从交通法规上对于电子警察的依赖,到治安上视频监控所展现的威能,当今的社会已经越来越依赖视频监控。对视频监控的历史,视频监控的组成作了简单的介绍与回顾,同时对视频监控领域的未来发展做了简单的预测。The surveillance camera, which integrates multiple functions of camera technology and communication technology, has attracted more attentions in recent years. This society becomes more and more dependable on the video surveillance, like electronic police applications in traffic laws or video surveillance assistance on public security. The history and the construction of video surveillance are introduced in this paper.The development of video surveillance field is forecasted in the future.
