摘  要:微流量精细控压钻井是一种精确控制整个井筒环空压力剖面的钻井技术,能有效解决窄密度窗口地层钻井中出现的涌、漏、塌、卡等复杂情况,加快钻井速度,缩短钻井周期。滨41井沙河街沙三段地层水敏性强、孔隙压力低、坍塌压力高,存在多套压力体系。邻井采用常规方式钻井密度高、机速低,对储层损害严重;采用欠平衡钻井方法易发坍塌卡钻。针对施工难点,大港油田首次引进微流量精细控压钻井技术,巧妙处理实钻中遇到的配套技术难题,通过对钻井液密度和井口回压的合理调节,精确地控制了井筒压力,实现了溢流的微流量监测,解决了井壁垮塌问题和高密度带来的压差卡钻风险,大幅度提高了机械钻速,为本区复杂地层油气开采创出了一条新路。The microflux managed pressure drilling(MPD)technology can solve effectively the well kick,leakage,collapse,bit freezing and so on in narrow density window formation,and it also can improve the drilling speed and shorten drilling cycle.For the formation features of strong water sensitivity,low pore pressure,high collapse pressure and different pressure systems in Bin 41 well,using conventional drilling methods are easy to result in low ROP and serious reservoir damage;Using unbalanced drilling would cause borehole collapse and sticking.According to the drilling difficulties,the microflow fine MPD technique was introduced into by Dagang Oilfield for the first time.Field application results showed that the microflow fine MPD technique could adjust reasonably drilling fluid density and wellhead back pressure to control accurately the wellbore pressure,realize the monitoring of overflow micro flow,solve the wellbore collapse and pressure differential sticking,and improve ROP.It provided a new method for the complex oil and gas reservoir production.
