摘  要:高产气井完井管柱是高产气藏采气过程中的关键工具。在高产高速气流作用下,完井管柱始终处在一个复杂的动力环境之中,承受多种力的激励和响应,产生剧烈的振动。搞清高产气井完井管柱的纵向振动特性,为完井投产及采气作业提供理论依据和技术参考,具有实际意义。针对高产气井实际工况,以井下管柱为研究对象,基于结构振动理论,运用位移激励法建立了高产气井完井管柱在轴向激振力作用下的纵向振动力学模型,采用解析法导出其固有频率和振型。算例分析结果表明,完井管柱无阻尼纵向振动一阶振型是简单的正弦函数,具有固定的周期,一阶固有频率为0.281 Hz,表明完井管柱无阻尼振动频率较低。Completion tubing strings in high gas rate well is key tool in gas recovery process.Actually,under high production and high speed airflow,completion tubing strings is always in a complex dynamic environment to withstand a variety of incentives and response,resulting in severe vibration.So,according to the actual working conditions in high production gas well,taking the down-hole entire tubing string as a research object,based on structural vibration theory,the mechanical model of longitudinal vibration of high production gas well completion tubing string was established in the axial excitation force by the Displacement Stimulation method,the natural frequencies and mode shapes were solved by the analytical method.Analysis results show that the first natural frequency of un-damped longitudinal vibration of completion tubing string is lesser,0.281 Hz,the first vibration mode is simple sine function,has the fixed cycle.The mode can accurately reflect longitudinal vibration characteristic of high production gas well completion tubing string,and provide theoretical basis and technical reference for ensuring completion operation safety.
