摘　　要：目的探讨甲磺酸加贝酯对烧伤患者IL-6、IL-8、TNFa水平的影响。方法两组基础治疗方案相同,治疗组加用甲磺酸加贝酯,观察两组IL-6、IL-8、TNFa指标水平。结果治疗组无死亡及脓毒症患者,IL-6、IL-8、TNFa水平各时间点均较对照组低。结论甲磺酸加贝酯治疗大面积烧伤患者临床疗效明显。Objective To investigate the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNFa in bum patients with Gabexate mesilate. Methods These were the same basic treatment in the two groups, in addition,the treatment group treating with the Gabexate mesilate else. To observative the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNFa. Results The treatment group was without death and sepsis,and the levels of IL-6, IL-8 ,TNFa was lower than the control group in eath time point. Conclusion The clinical curative effect for the extensive burn with Gabexate mesilate.
