摘　　要：目的探讨颜面部外伤的处理体会。方法 115颜面部外伤进行清创缝合术,并观察疗效和并发症。结果 115例患者术后全部达到一期愈合,无明显的瘢痕增生,面部器官无牵拉变形,缝合处无牵拉变形,缝合处无明显凹陷及萎缩。结论在面部损伤中采用美容缝合效果好。Objective To Explore approach of repairing facial trauma. Methods 115 facial trauma patients were de- brided suture, and observed the curative effect and complications. Results 115 patients healed by first intention, no obvious scar hyperplasia, facial organs without stretch deformation, suture without stretch deformation, suture without obvious depression and atrophy. Conclusion Aesthetic surgery techniques is an effective method for repairing facial injury.
